Bournemouth Wedding Photographer – Mr & Mrs Leabourne

Saturday I got to photograph one of the weddings I had been looking forward to for most of the year.

Fi and Paul’s big day was always set to be a great day, when I took their engagement photos the atmosphere was so relaxed I just knew being with them on their wedding day would be a laugh.

I arrived at the Durley Dean Hotel, Bournemouth to join Fi and her bridesmaids getting ready, and beautiful bridesmaids they were. Fi and Paul also had a mini bride and groom in the form of Ruby and Caleb, they were fantastic in their roles.

Once the flowers were delivered, Fi was in her dress and her mum and dad had seen her, I headed downstairs to see how the groom and his groomsmen were getting on, After a few minutes putting on everyones button holes, the guests started entering the room.

It was then that Fi and her dad walked down the aisle, it was such a bautiful ceremony with Fi and Paul having written their own promises …. with no help from Google this time ( Fi 😉 ).

After the ceremony we headed down to the westcliff for a few outdoor shots with the bridal party, and it was then back inside for the meal.

After the speeches I went home and edited a few images for the newly married couple to be displayed on a slideshow in the evening, I’m very glad this went well .. haha .. I was very nervous watching the reaction of all the guests as the photos flicked through.

After the first dance and a disappearing cake that we managed to notice before the hotel cut it up we did the cutting of the cake.

Simply beautiful day and great couple ..

Wishing you many years of happiness xx
