On Saturday I got to join Charmaine and Richard on their special day, This wedding I was only booked last minute due to no fault of the bride and groom but it really was a pleasure to share the day with them.
I arrived at Charmaine’s mums home where bridal preparation’s were well under way with Charmaine’s daughter and niece as the flower girls getting their hair done and Charmaine having the final touches to make up things were very calm.
Due to St John’s Church, Holdenhurst Village being 2 minute drive away I quickly dashed off to the church to get a few snaps of the groom and his grooms men before the guests arrived and then headed back to catch Charmaine leaving .
On arriving back at the church there was one person yet to arrive …. the vicar …. it seems she thought the wedding was half hour later than it was 🙂 … after finally arriving the proceedings commenced. It was a truly stunning service and very personal to the new Mr & Mrs Frew and their family.
A few family shots outside we sent everyone on their way and I stayed to get a few bride and groom shots whilst they had a little time away from everyone else.
It was then on to the Village Hotel, Bournemouth for the reception, with a stunning laid out reception room it was time for speeches and cutting of the cake. It was a lovely day and I’m glad I got the opportunity to be a part of it x
